NURS 7325 Organizational Systems in Leadership for Quality Improvement and Systems Thinking

This course focuses on organizational and systems leadership within the complex health care environment. Emphasis will be placed on interprofessional collaboration strategies. Application of QSEN concepts to current health care challenges will be examined.
