EXAC 1120 Swim Proficiency and Technique
Students will learn fundamentals of freestyle and backstroke. Emphasis will be placed on kicking, pulling, and breathing techniques. Students must be able to comfortably swim with their face in the water and maintain buoyancy independently. This course is designed for individuals who have basic swimming skills and are familiar with the fundamentals of floating and breathing while swimming. It is not suitable for those who have never learned to swim.
