EDCB 4315 Survey of Special Populations

The course surveys various school populations and their varied needs. Terminology, characteristics, educational procedures, and requirements under federal, state, and local guidelines are addressed. Specifically, the needs of special education, emergent bilinguals, and gifted and talented students will be emphasized.
