This course introduces agile, lean, and adaptive approaches to project delivery. Students examine agile values and principles, Scrum and Kanban practices, and lean thinking to manage projects in uncertain and rapidly changing environments. Emphasis is placed on selecting and tailoring delivery approaches, including hybrid models, to align with organizational constraints and stakeholder needs.
