This course develops student competency in project scheduling and cost management. Emphasis is placed on creating, analyzing, and controlling schedules and budgets using industry-standard techniques to support informed decision-making.

This course provides a survey of industry recognized project management tools and technologies used to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects.

This advanced course integrates project management knowledge areas and performance domains aligned with the PMI (Project Management Institute) Body of Knowledge. Students learn to apply industry standards to complex project scenarios, demonstrating readiness for professional practice and certification.

Prerequisites: MGCB 3300, PMCB 2310, PMCB 3300, PMCB 3310, PMCB 4300, and PMCB 4310.

In this culminating course, students demonstrate mastery of project management competencies by completing a comprehensive, real-world project. The capstone integrates planning, execution, monitoring, and closing activities into a cohesive professional portfolio.

Prerequisites: MGCB 3300 and all PMCB courses.
